NDMC hosted invited talks by Dr. Pawan Kumar and Dr. N. K. Arora. Dr. Pawan Kumar, Additional Commisioner, Immunization Division, MoHFW delivered an illuminating talk on the "Measles - Rubella updates in India". Dr. N.K.Arora, Executive Director, INCLEN Trust International delivered an insightful presentation on "Reaching the zero-dose or under-vaccinated children: Some thoughts for modelling exercises in India"

Dr. Pawan Kumar is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 23 years of experience in public health and healthcare management. He holds an MBBS, MD in Community Health Administration, DNB in Health and Hospital Administration, and an MBA in Healthcare Management. Currently, he serves as Additional Commissioner at the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Dr. Kumar has contributed to national health programs, published over 75 research papers, and authored chapters on public health. He has received numerous awards, including the 2015 State Award for Meritorious Services and the 2021 "Ambassador for Peace" Award. His areas of expertise include public health, epidemiology, and research methodology.

Prof Narendra Kumar Arora MD, MMSc, from India is the current Executive Director of The INCLEN Trust International since 2005. He holds MD in Pediatrics from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi and has received MMSc in Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Newcastle, Australia under the INCLEN training Program. Narendra Arora was a faculty member of AIIMS since 1983 and retired as a Professor of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition in 2007. Professor Arora is a known public health expert in India and is extensively involved in policy-making, program planning, implementation and evaluation of public health programs at both national and international level. He was a principal Investigator and co-investigator in over 60 major research projects and has published over 150 original research in national and international peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Narendra Arora has been honored with numerous prestigious distinctions for his excellence.
